How do I schedule a call?

After setting up your account and adding a family member, you can schedule calls directly from the app. Simply select a convenient time, and our AI will call your loved one at the scheduled time.

What if my family member misses a call?

No problem! You can easily reschedule the call from the app. We understand that life happens, and we make it simple to find another time that works.

How do I access the recordings and transcripts?

All recordings and transcripts are available in the app under your family member's profile. You can listen to the audio, read the transcripts, and search through the memories anytime.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at ferran@triadlabs.ai. We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days of your request.

Is my family's data secure?
